Conversion of existing industrial buildings into office building, including a restaurant and an industrial warehouse.

Unification of separate buildings through configuration of the surrounding area for the operational needs of the main E.J. Papadopoulos S.A. biscuit plant in Tavros, Attiki.

The project objective was the transformation of an unconfigured space on the ground floor of the N1 building at the Athens KAT general hospital into a state-of-the-art 30 bed Intensive Care Unit facility. In the 1.520 square meter space, 22 ICU beds, 8 isolation wards, support areas, personnel rest areas and locker rooms were configured. The electromechanical installations (air & water supply, generators, UPS, central air-conditioning unit) were installed in the basement and roof of the building.

The project was delivered within 60 days, in accordance with the contractual timetable.

This project involved the usage change of an existing building in Piraeus, from its former use (as the Papastratos tobacco factory lithography building) into a state-of-the-art office building.

The contracted works included reinforcement of the bearing structure, architectural works for the office and public space areas configuration, installation of E&M networks and equipment, as well as the surrounding area landscaping and configuration.

The building covers a total plan area of approximately 14,000 square meters, including a basement, a ground floor, 6 floors and a loft. The basement contains the majority of E&M installations (power generators, UPS, data rooms, firefighting etc.), staff training rooms and a fully equipped kitchen for the almost 2,000  staff in the building. On the ground floor, public areas and dining areas are located, whereas all the upper floors are office spaces.

Despite its demanding nature and timeline, our company was able to deliver the project two months ahead of its contractual nine-month deadline.

In April 2019, we undertook the reconfiguration of the 7th floor of the main Marks & Spencer Athens store, in order to relocate the company’s administration offices.

The design required the removal of all non load bearing elements on the floor. The facade reconstruction, together with the interior reconfiguration and machinery installation servicing the new offices was completed while the store that is located on nine storeys below the office remained in operation.

Our company was assigned the renovation and expansion of the Adidas outlet store in Otopeni, Bucharest. One of the main project achievements was the USGBC LEED Silver certification, adding to our company’s experience in projects of such requirements.

Continuing our company’s collaboration with Holmes Place East Med BV, we were awarded the project of renovating the two most important areas of the Maroussi Club.

Construction was completed within just 18 days, so as to minimise disruption to the club’s operation.

The primary objective of the architectural design was to to create contemporary and flexible spaces, able to accomodate a wide range of equipment layouts and training programs.

The shapes, lighting and materials reflect the contemporary international design trends, but also the dynamic and high level of service consistently associated with the brand.

Following a tender among selected companies, we were chosen as preferred contractor for the new H&M stores in Greece for the 2014-2017 period.

In 2015 our company undertook the detailed final design and construction of a brand new 5 star hotel in the Kalamata area, with a central builidng and six surrounding bungalows.

The hotel includes a full spa and gym in the central building, as well as a main pool and 22 private pools.

The renovation of the offices of Noval, the real estate management company of the Stasinopoulos group, in Maroussi, was completed by our company within two months, over the summer of 2018.
